If you purchased a scanner from us that does not have the specifications you requested, then we will take the scanner back for a full refund.

For every scanner brand, you can return for a full refund minus shipping and VAT cost only if the box has not been opened and it is 7 days from the date of delivery.

If it has been opened, then we cannot take the scanner back.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
